Irvin's Salted Egg reserved the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and condition to avoid any misunderstanding.
We strictly do not refund or exchange goods for:
- Change of mind
- Errors you have made in your order.
- Products purchased from third parties.
For Cartel Purchases
No exchange/refund request will be entertained beyond the purchase date. [as mentioned at bottom of the receipt]
We may however, at our sole discretion, allow an exchange of product on the same date of purchase, at the same store, provided that the item in question is:
- Not damaged or opened in any way.
- In original sealed packaging and original receipt must be presented
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item received
Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
For Delivery Orders
Buyers are to always to double check the product quantity upon receival. Any discrepanies should be reported within 1 day upon receival.
We will only allow refund for:
- Failed Delivery
Order not received on scheduled delivery date
- Delivery of Wrong/Missing Product (product received not as per placed order)
We will arrange a courier to go to a Singapore address of your convenience and proceed with the exchange of product. Please drop us an email titled [Wrong Item Received – Order COC……….] and attach a clear snapshot of the following:
- Hardcopy Invoice
- All the products received
Note: For delivery of wrong product, you will be required to return the goods in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not accept returned items if they show any signs of usage or damage. Re-delivery day will be between Mon- Fri (10am-12pm / 1pm-5pm / 6pm-10pm) as per usual delivery schedule.
- Delivery of Defect Product
Please drop us an email titled [Defected Product Received – Order COC……….] and attach a clear snapshot of the following:
- Hardcopy Invoice
- Explain clearly the nature of defect and include photos and videos
- Pouch needs to be returned to us
We will not accept returned items if product is entirely consumed (empty) or no proof of purchase is required.
